Initial Checkout Procedures
Introduction
The initial checkout procedure chapter describes the detailed procedures for initial operational checkout (such as those performed by incoming quality inspectors) to ensure that the MS4640A Series VNA is fully operational. A quick check procedure is described along with how to determine the instrument’s installed options, current operating system, application software, and firmware versions. Other procedures provided are self-test, non-ratio power, high-level signal, and system noise floor test.
