Noise Figure

Optional for all VNA Models:
• Requires front/rear panel access loops from Option 051, 061, or 062.
• Adds VNA capability to measure degradation of the signal-to-noise ratio caused by components in a signal chain.
• The Noise Figure measurement is based on a cold source technique for improved accuracy.
• Various levels of match and fixture correction are available for additional enhancement.
