Press the Freq main menu key followed by the
Span submenu key and enter the desired span. The Span menu is used to set the frequency range over which the instrument will sweep. The span can be set from 1 kHz to 100 kHz. Reducing the span will lower the noise floor of the instrument. The default setting of 5 kHz is recommended for most measurements.
Displays Figure: “Parameter Setup Display”. This dialog box allows editing of the current carrier frequencies and carrier power. It also displays the intermodulations of the carrier frequencies.
