The Spectrum Analyzer API provides the programmer with a library of building blocks to develop a Vision application program. These build blocks can create the programs for geo-locating RF emitter signals - Power On Arrival (PoA) and Time Difference of Arrival (TDoA). Other programs that can be developed are Port Scanner, Radio Monitoring, and Map Creation.
