1. After receiving a new license file from Anritsu, place the file on the USB memory device in the top (root) level, not in any directory.
2. Open the System menu from the upper left 3-line icon.
3. Navigate to SETTINGS > OPTIONS menu
4. Touch ENABLE OPTIONS USING FILE at the lower right of INSTALLED OPTIONS.
The instrument will search for a valid license file on the USB memory device and apply the changes to the system.
5. Select INSTALL OPTIONS FROM WEB at the lower right of INSTALLED OPTIONS to install options available on the Anritsu’s website.
6. Reboot the instrument and ensure all changes are applied.
Note
Go to www.anritsu.com to check for firmware and/or software updates for your instruments. Updating your instrument with the newest available version will install all the upgrades.
