Press the Menu button and select the Tracking Generator measurement shortcut by tapping on the touch screen (Figure: Menu Button Screen).

You can also press the Shift key then the Mode (9) key, select Spectrum Analyzer (Figure: Measurement Mode List (example)) from the list using the rotary knob or the Arrow key, and press Enter. In Spectrum Analyzer mode, press the Shift then Measure (4) keys and then press Generator (Figure: Tracking and CW Generator Options).
