A: The screen may be in locked mode. When the instrument is in locked mode, a lock icon is displayed in the status bar on top of the graph area.
Press the 2 key and look at the Lock button. If the On indicator is lit (green LED), press the 1 key to unlock the screen. Press ESC or Enter to return to the measurement and the screen should now be responding.
