The chapter also briefly describes preventive maintenance, calibration requirements, ESD cautions, and additional documents.
Throughout this manual, these instruments may be referred to as a Spectrum Master or as a model MS2721B, MS2723B, MS2724B, or as model MS272xB, and may also be referred to as a Digital Broadcast Field Analyzer or as model MS8911B. The term Spectrum Master is used for all models, with specific exceptions noted as required.
