2. Download an updated MG362x1A firmware file to a USB memory device. Go to the Anritsu MG362x1A firmware download page at:
https://www.anritsu.com/en-us/test-measurement/support/downloads/software/dwl20700
The file will be a .raucb file type.

3. Insert the USB memory device containing the firmware update into the MG362x1A USB slot located on the front panel or rear panel of the instrument. When the memory device is inserted, the software update icon will appear at the top of the touch-screen as shown Figure: Software Update Icon.

4. Touch the software update icon to display the SOFTWARE UPDATE window shown in Figure: Software Update Dialog.

5. Touch the Available Updates drop down. If multiple versions of MG362x1A firmware are available, select the correct firmware version.

6. Touch INSTALL.

7. The SOFTWARE UPDATE PROGRESS dialog is displayed as shown in Figure: Software Update Progress Dialog. The installation process may take a few minutes to complete.

8. When the software upgrade is complete, touch RESTART INSTRUMENT. The MG362x1A will reboot with the updated firmware installed.

9. Verify the Package Version firmware, as shown in Figure: Web Updates Button, shows the most recent version firmware is installed.

10. Remove the USB memory device.
