A: The screen may be in locked mode. When the instrument is in locked mode, a lock icon is displayed in the status bar on top of the graph area.
Press the Touchscreen (0) key and look at the Lock button. If the On indicator is lit (green LED), press the 1 key to unlock the screen. Press ESC or Enter to return to the measurement and the screen should now be responding.
