Measurement files are typically saved for reporting and monitoring. They contain both the measurement data and setup data.
Setup files help ensure consistent instrument setup when making future measurements. They contain basic setup details including: measurement type, frequency span, distance span, DTF setup, amplitude settings, markers, limit lines, calibration coefficients, and additional instrument settings (data points, run/hold status).
Screen shot files contain a screen capture of the current display. The image appearance is set using the ScrnShot Settings.
The CSV and text files contain setup information and final formatted data that are shown on the instrument display screen. This file information includes any post-processing that was done on the data (smoothing, trace math, time domain, and so forth). These files contain the data for any traces that are displayed, including the memory traces. They also contain the markers that are turned on when the file is saved.
