TRIGGER SWEEP/TRIGGER POINT
TRIGGER SWEEP: Available in all sweeps except Manual Sweep. See Figure: TRIGGER SWEEP Button. Pressing TRIGGER SWEEP starts a single sweep. If a single CW power sweep is in progress, pressing TRIGGER SWEEP again aborts the sweep and resets to the beginning sweep point.
TRIGGER POINT: Active in Manual Trigger only and available in step sweep mode. See Figure: TRIGGER POINT Button. Each time the TRIGGER POINT button is pressed, the sweep advances to the next CW point in the sweep. For example a step sweep set at 10 steps and starting at the beginning of the sweep, pressing the TRIGGER POINT advances to the second step. Pressing again advances the sweep to the third step. Pressing the TRIGGER POINT button ten times will complete the sweep and then will then start at the beginning of the sweep.
