System Info

Press this submenu key to display the Status Menu including detailed instrument, hardware, software and connectivity information.

Press this key to display the battery charge remaining and charge status.

System Setups

Press to display the Time and Date Menu.

Press to set the default language. Options include: English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Russian, Portuguese, Japanese, Korean, or Chinese.

Press this submenu key to display the Display/Audio Menu, which includes display, screen shot, and volume settings.

Press this submenu key to see a list of installed options and also any available software options.

To enable new options, enter the Option Key or the file that is provided by Anritsu Customer Service. Refer to Option Configuration Dialog Box.

Connectivity

Press to display the GPS Menu.

Press this submenu key to display the Ethernet Configuration Menu, which displays the IP Address and MAC Address of the instrument and allows you to choose the setting for obtaining the IP Address (DHCP or Static).

 

Diagnostics

Press this submenu key to initiate a series of diagnostic tests that check the components of the instrument. A display lists the individual tests with a pass or fail indication (Figure: Site Master Self Test). Press Esc to close the dialog box.

Press Save to File to create a text file of the test results. The file is saved to internal memory and labeled S820ESelfTest#X.txt. The .txt file can be copied to a USB memory device and viewed on a PC with a text reader or word processor.
